İstanbul Büyükşehir Belediye (İBB) Meclisi’nde yaklaşık 2,5 yıl önce alınan ve Sarıyer’de 200 bin vatandaşı heyecanlandıran "tapu müjdesi" henüz somut bir sonuca ulaşmadı. İBB mülkiyetindeki arazilerin hak sahiplerine satışını öngören tarihi karara rağmen, binlerce mahalle sakini belirsizlikle karşı karşıya.
Süreç Neden Durdu? Gerekli evraklarını tamamlayıp ödemelerini yapan birçok vatandaş, aradan geçen uzun süreye rağmen tapularını alamadıklarını belirtiyor. İBB yetkililerinden net bir yanıt alamayan hak sahipleri, belediyenin süreci sahipsiz bıraktığını savunuyor. Bazı iddialara göre, İBB yetkilileri gecikmeye gerekçe olarak kuruma yönelik yürütülen güncel soruşturmaları gösteriyor.
Sarıyer mahallelerinde tansiyon yükselirken, ödemesini yapmış vatandaşlar bir an önce mağduriyetlerinin giderilmesini bekliyor.
Residents of Sarıyer Ask: "Where Are Our Deeds?"
The "title deed gospel" passed by the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (İBB) Assembly nearly 2.5 years ago, which concerns approximately 200,000 residents in Sarıyer, has yet to yield results. Despite the landmark decision to sell İBB-owned lands to their rightful occupants, thousands of citizens remain in a state of uncertainty.
Why Has the Process Stalled? Many residents who submitted the required documents and completed their payments report that they have still not received their title deeds. Rights holders, unable to get clear answers from İBB officials, accuse the municipality of neglecting the process. Reportedly, some officials have cited ongoing investigations into the İBB as the reason for the delays.
As tension rises in the neighborhoods of Sarıyer, citizens who have already paid are demanding an immediate resolution to their grievances.
